What if I don't like something after all?

You have 30 days time to decide if the item(s) is/are right for you. We ask you to handle the jewellery with care and to return the Item not damaged, soiled or altered return the item(s). You can find more information in our Cancellation policy.

Please note that personalised products cannot be returned/refunded.

How do I send something back?

  1. Pack the items you want to return in the package. Also enclose the completed Returns note enclosed. You received this by e-mail together with the order confirmation. Then carefully seal the package.
  2. Address the package to the following address:

    1. You can drop off the parcel at all DHL, DPD and Hermes parcel shops and packing stations.
    2. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

we offer high-quality products at reasonable prices, DHL's fast and secure parcel service and a large number of gifts. So when we add the return shipping costs for our customers, it goes over budget. We have chosen to offer customers discounts, gifts and secure delivery instead of paying the return shipping costs. In the near future, we hope to generate more orders and profits to offer free returns so that customers have a better shopping experience.

  1. Please keep the issued Return receipt carefully until we confirm the return.
  2. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation and refund your purchase amount. If you have not yet paid for the items, your invoice will be reduced by the corresponding amount.
