Due to the high volume of orders, our response currently takes 1-2 weeks. We would therefore ask you to refrain from making multiple enquiries about your request - we are doing our best and are already working on improving the process.
We would also like to point out that you should only call our service number in very urgent cases.

We are sorry that you have received faulty goods. Please send us photos of the entire piece of jewellery and the defect, including your order number. We will then clarify all further steps with you.
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. You can see where the package is by looking at the tracking number of your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Due to the high volume of orders, there are currently longer processing times. The processing time for returns is currently 2-3 weeks. We kindly ask you to refrain from multiple requests, as this unfortunately slows down our processes even more.
Please keep the return receipt carefully until you have received your refund.
Simply log in to Klarna https://app.klarna.com/login and click on "Register return" for the corresponding ICRUSH order. This will pause your invoice with Klarna until we have processed your return. Please be sure to keep the tracking number of your return.
