You have received faulty or incorrect goods?

Oops, sorry about that! Please contact our customer service so that we can help you as soon as possible. Please send us pictures of the defective or incorrect item and your order number via contact.

Warranty claim

We offer a 2-year guarantee on ICRUSH products.

Within the warranty period, we will remedy all defects in your ICRUSH product free of charge, insofar as they are based on material or manufacturing defects.

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • The defect or damage has occurred due to improper use or negligence.
  • The defect or damage has been caused by improper repair of the product or modification of the individual parts.
  • Natural products such as pearls, which differ from the product images due to their natural composition.
  • Dirt on the product also does not constitute a warranty claim.

Please note that defects reported 30 days after receipt of the goods can only be replaced with a voucher for the purchase value of the jewellery.
Within the 30 days, we will gladly offer you a refund or, if in stock, a replacement.

Your package arrived damaged and a part of your order is missing?

Then you must report the damage to DHL within seven days after delivery of the shipment. Please fill out the DHL damage report form and hand in the shipment together with the damage report at a DHL branch. You can send us a copy of the completed damage report by e-mail to [email protected], so that we can send you a replacement (if available) as quickly as possible.
