By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the present conditions of participation. Conditions of participation

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address are eligible to enter.
  • Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. 
  • Employees of ICRUSH GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Participation via lottery clubs, participation or entry services or automated entries are excluded. 
  • Each participant may only enter the competition once per e-mail address.

  • Beginn des Gewinnspiels ist Montag, der 27.03.2023 und Ende ist Freitag, der 30.06.2023 um 23:59 Uhr.
  • Die zufällige Auslosung des Gewinners/der Gewinnerin erfolgt am 03.07.2023.
  • The winner will be notified by e-mail.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, the prize will be drawn again and the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
  • Der Reisegutschein ist gültig bis zum 22.03.2026 und kann unter Beachtung der Einlösebedingungen sowie AGB von Secret Escapes Ltd. auf secretescapes.de eingelöst werden.
  • ICRUSH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of these participation conditions, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: ICRUSH reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for example, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
  • ICRUSH accepts no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or faults.
  • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  • The legal process is excluded.
  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any clause of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
