Are you looking for a small gift or would you like to give yourself a treat? Our sales assistants in our ICRUSH store in Cologne Sülz will be happy to advise you and help you with your decision. Of course, you can also try on our jewellery and find the perfect piece for you. You can also find gift ideas and small items for the very small purse here, our staff will be happy to help you.
Exchange guarantee
If you would like to exchange a piece of jewellery purchased in one of our ICRUSH stores in Cologne and Munich, you can do so at our store in Cologne Sülz within 30 days upon presentation of the purchase receipt. You are welcome to exchange your jewellery for other jewellery or receive a voucher for the value of the original purchase. Unfortunately, items purchased online cannot yet be exchanged or returned in our stores.
Vouchers
Vouchers from our ICRUSH store in Cologne Sülz make great gifts. In the shop you can get vouchers for 20€, 50€ or 100€, which can be redeemed not only in the stores but also in our ICRUSH online shop. Give a loved one the gift of a wide selection of jewellery in the form of a voucher. Our sales assistants will be happy to help you.
Packaging Service & Gift Wrapping
Our sales assistants will wrap your new jewellery in a small jewellery box or a velvet bag free of charge so that you can transport it safely, keep it at home or give it as a gift. In addition, you can also purchase a gift box at the ICRUSH Store Cologne Ehrenstraße, in which your gift can be wrapped on site. There are also various postcards available to take home free of charge, which you can use as a greeting card or simply take home as a small memento.
