Our sales assistants in our ICRUSH store in Cologne will be happy to help you and offer advice and support. Of course, you can also try on the jewellery of your choice in the store on Ehrenstraße and create the perfect look.
Exchange guarantee
Jewellery purchased in our ICRUSH stores in Cologne and Munich can be exchanged free of charge within 30 days in our ICRUSH store in Cologne upon presentation of the purchase receipt. You are welcome to choose new jewellery or receive a voucher with the original purchase amount. Please note that products purchased online cannot yet be exchanged or returned in our stores.
Vouchers
You can't decide or you want to give someone else a little pleasure? Then simply opt for a voucher. In our ICRUSH store on Ehrenstraße in Cologne, you can buy vouchers worth 20€, 50€ or 100€, which can be redeemed in our shops as well as in our ICRUSH online shop. Just ask our sales assistants about it.
Individual engravings
Whether as a special gift or as an individual piece of jewellery for yourself - with our engraved jewellery you'll do everything right. In our Cologne ICRUSH store, you can choose a necklace or bracelet to be engraved, express your engraving wishes to our staff and together we will work out the design of the engraving. The engraving is done on the same day on site, and you can simply pick up the finished piece of jewellery later.
Packaging Service & Gift Wrapping
Our sales assistants will wrap your new jewellery in a small jewellery box or a velvet bag free of charge so that you can transport it safely, keep it at home or give it as a gift. In addition, you can also purchase a gift box at the ICRUSH Store Cologne Ehrenstraße, in which your gift can be wrapped on site. There are also various postcards available to take home free of charge, which you can use as a greeting card or simply take home as a small memento.
