Personal advice and friendly service are especially important to you? Then our ICRUSH store in Frankfurt is the right place for you. Our local sales assistants will advise you in detail and take the time to find the perfect jewellery look together with you. You are also welcome to try on the jewellery and choose the right piece for you.
Exchange guarantee
Exchanging your products purchased in one of our ICRUSH stores in Cologne and Frankfurt is no problem in our shop in Frankfurt. Simply present your receipt and exchange your items for other jewellery or a voucher within 30 days. Please note that products purchased through our online shop cannot currently be exchanged or returned in our stores.
Vouchers
In addition to numerous pieces of jewellery, you can also buy voucher cards worth 20€, 50€ or 100€ in our ICRUSH store in Sendlinger Starße in Frankfurt. They are ideal as gifts and can be redeemed in our shops as well as in our ICRUSH online shop. Just ask our sales assistants, they will be happy to help you.
Individual engravings
Are you looking for a very special gift or do you want to give yourself a personal treat? Then have a necklace or bracelet engraved in our store in Frankfurt and create your very own piece of jewellery. Together with our staff, you will work out the design of your engraving. The engraving will be done on the same day and you can pick up your finished piece of jewellery shortly afterwards.
Packaging Service & Gift Wrapping
The jewellery you buy from us is packed free of charge in small jewellery boxes or velvet bags by our sales assistants in our ICRUSH store in Frankfurt. You can use them to transport your jewellery, store it safely or give it as a gift. In addition, you can buy a gift box in the store on Sendlinger Straße, which is ideal for giving the jewellery as a present. Postcards in ICRUSH design, which you can use as greeting cards, are also available free of charge.
