What if I don’t like something?
You have 30 days Time after receiving the goods to decide if the item(s) is/are right for you. We ask that you handle the jewelry carefully and do not damage, soil, or alter the items. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.
How do I return something?

The returned product must be in good condition so that resale is not affected: the item must not be damaged, soiled or altered.
Exceptions: Please note that the following product categories are not returnable:

Advent calendar: Due to the nature of Advent calendars and the anticipation they bring, we cannot accept returns on these items.

Gift cards: Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.

Personalized items: Items that have been personalized or customized, such as engraving, can only be returned if there is a defect or error on our part.

The item's label must not be damaged, removed, or torn.

Please clearly mark the returned goods (quantity + reason) on the return slip.
- Please ensure that you include the completed return slip with your return shipment.
Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund process will be delayed or the return may not be refundable.
- Please send the free gift in this order if you no longer meet the original promotional requirement after the return.

We offer high-quality products at reasonable prices, fast and secure parcel service from DHL, and a wide range of gifts. Therefore, if we also cover return shipping costs for our customers, it would exceed our budget. We have chosen to offer customers discounts, gifts, and secure delivery instead of covering return shipping costs. We hope to generate more orders and profits in the near future, so we can offer free returns to give customers a better shopping experience.
- We will ship after receiving your return no confirmation of receipt. Using the tracking number of your return, you can see where the package is. We usually need 20 working days for processing your return after receiving the goods. After major promotions, the processing time may be longer. Currently, we set a processing time of approx. 3-4 weeks and apologize for any inconvenience.
- Keep the issued return receipt Please keep it carefully until the refund has been made.
Can I exchange goods?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you an exchange. However, you have the option of returning your order to us within 30 days of receipt. Once your return reaches our warehouse, you will receive a refund. Simply reorder your desired products.
