How are our jewelry pieces delivered?
Currently, we only ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

For individual product groups, such as advent calendars or subscription boxes, different shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Customs and Taxes Information
For deliveries within the European Union, i.e., to Germany and Austria, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Deliveries to Switzerland may incur customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees. These costs are to be borne by the recipient. Further information can be obtained from the relevant customs authorities in Switzerland.
If you choose to refuse the package, fees may still apply. In the event of a return, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
