Our on-site sales staff will provide you with detailed advice and take the time to help you find the perfect jewelry look. You are also welcome to try on the pieces to choose the right one for you.
Exchange guarantee
Exchanging products purchased in one of our ICRUSH stores in Cologne and Frankfurt is no problem at our Frankfurt store. Simply present your receipt and exchange your items for other jewelry or a voucher within 30 days. Please note that products purchased through our online shop cannot currently be exchanged or returned in our stores.
Vouchers
In addition to numerous pieces of jewelry, you can also purchase gift cards worth €20, €50, or €100 at our ICRUSH store on Sendlinger Straße in Frankfurt. These make ideal gifts and can be redeemed both in our stores and in our ICRUSH online shop. Just ask our sales staff; they'll be happy to help.
Individual engravings
Are you looking for a very special gift or want to treat yourself? Then have a necklace or bracelet engraved in our Frankfurt store and create your very own unique piece of jewelry. Together with our staff, you will develop the design for your engraving. The engraving will be completed on-site the same day, and you can pick up your finished piece of jewelry shortly thereafter.
Packaging service & gift wrapping
The jewelry you purchase from us will be packaged free of charge by our sales staff in small jewelry boxes or velvet pouches at our ICRUSH store in Frankfurt. These allow you to transport it safely, store it securely, or even give it as a gift. You can also purchase gift wrapping at the Sendlinger Straße store, making it the perfect gift. Postcards in the ICRUSH design, which you can use as greeting cards, are also available free of charge.
