Warranty claim

We offer a 2-year warranty on ICRUSH products.

During the warranty period, we will remedy any defects in your ICRUSH product free of charge, provided they are due to material or manufacturing defects.

The guarantee applies in the following cases not :

  • The defect or damage was caused by improper use or negligence.
  • The defect or damage was caused by improper repair of the product or modification of the individual parts.
  • Natural products such as pearls, which may differ from the product images due to their natural properties.
  • Contamination of the product also does not constitute a warranty claim.

Please note that defects reported within 30 days of receipt of the goods can only be replaced with a voucher equivalent to the purchase value of the piece of jewelry.
Within 30 days, we will be happy to offer you a refund or, if available, a replacement.

Did your package arrive damaged and part of your order is missing?

Then you have to within seven days after delivery of the shipment Report damage to DHL . Please fill out the DHL damage report form and drop off the shipment along with the damage report at a DHL branch. You can send us a copy of the completed damage report by email to service@icrush.de so that we can send you a replacement (if in stock) as quickly as possible.
